Mary Conlon, the founder of Conlon Tax Service, started by helping people with their taxes out of her own home. Tired of dealing with expensive tax preparation services, she decided to learn about tax preparation in order to help her family and friends. She officially opened her own tax preparation business in 1998. Since then, local residents have turned to her again and again to prepare their tax returns.
